The extrusion line
Every station of the line, from billet to finished profile.
LBB Systems designs, builds and integrates each station of an aluminium extrusion line, and connects them into one synchronised line.
Log furnace & hot shear
Heats billets uniformly to extrusion temperature and cuts them for continuous press feeding.
Press
Extrudes the billet through the die under controlled force, speed and temperature for consistent profiles.
Quench
Cools the profile right after the press to reach the required metallurgical properties and dimensional stability.
Puller
Pulls the extrusion in sync with the press output to support straightness, surface protection and steady flow.
Handling table
Transfers, supports and cools profiles along the runout and prepares them for finishing.
Stretcher
Corrects twist and bow by controlled stretching for straight, dimensionally stable profiles.
Cold saw
Cuts profiles to final length accurately and repeatably for efficient packing.
Aging furnace
Artificial aging to the required temper (e.g. T5/T6) for mechanical properties and stability.
